I haven't got the best equipment and I still have a lot to learn, but I do have a lot of fun with it. I've even got a little moss terrarium where I keep rotifers and tardigrades.

Measure Spores with Piximetre

Some little pics I made up for my local mycology group. Cross section of pileus (Cyclocybe aegerita) including gills, stained with congo red and mounted in 5% KOH. I believe these were all taken with the 60x objective. This is about as clear as I can get for basidia.
